Sophomore marketing student and Reid Hall Resident Assistant Ashlynn Watson was one of the horror actors. “We had a vision to turn the kitchen into a horrific hospital room with the use of bloody sheets, horrifying hospital records, several severed body parts, and even lots of giant needles,” Watson said. “It took a lot of work but seeing the pleasant fear on everyone’s faces made it all worth it.” Pomfret followed suit with its Tunnel of Terror where they encouraged students to “venture inside where shadows come alive.” As the terror of the Haunted House concluded, the fun continued with an afterparty at Hotz Hall. This party featured food, games, a costume contest and themed music. Students came dressed in their most creative costumes including classic monsters, Harry Potter characters and pop culture icons. Hell on the Hill brought the U of A campus together for a one-of-a-kind Halloween celebration driven by the RA’s creativity, hard work and commitment to being spooky.
